What PDA phone? Decisions Decisions

Well, I still haven't got my new phone and even though Optus have the 02 XDA Atom in store, it's not on the Insurance list! So my choices are limited and I'm getting really impatient with a pen and paper notepad and a Nokia 8210!
I can go the Blackberry route with a 8700g, which would be fine if it had not lacked a external storage slot and capability to play mpgs and mp3s. I'm not worried about it not having a camera, nothing out there has a camera worth boasting about anyway!
I can go the Sony Ericsson route with a 910i, which would be fine if it wasn't the size of a brick (yes bigger than my old 02 XDA IIs) and didn't have an annoying flip down keyboard that will break easily in my pocket and also not use Symbian.
The others that I didn't even consider are Nokia's 9300 and 9500 because they look like they were the first mobiles ever invented.

I'm really after a PDA that:
  • has a calendar, todo and notes ability that syncs with PC
  • isn't the size of a briefcase
  • can be used as a multimedia player (mp3, mpg)
  • has external storage (preferably SD)
  • has a touch screen and no keyboard
  • preferably uses Windows Mobile 5.0 over Symbian and Blackberry
I'm still waiting for the 02 XDA Atom preferably. But the new Sony Ericsson P990i is pretty impressive too. Apart from that there doesn't seem anything else out there that meets these requirements yet.
The search continues and my patience wears thing as I ring Optus Insurance every week and get promised "it'll be here in 2 weeks."!
