Just found Tim Anderson's blog whilst hunting around for XAML information. Interestingly, M$ are looking at a cross platform solution for XAML, which is a good step forward for M$...they are going that way with all their LIVE products being less dependent on M$ OS...it will be interesting to see how compatible these are in different browsers on different platforms. This blog article also mentions the .Net Framework cross platform development called ROTOR , quoted as for academic use only and with the MONO product slowly gaining respect out there aswell, these things could see the light of production servers.
Also bumped into David Boschman's blog discussing his thoughts from MIX06 with respect to ATLAS and also what he'd heard whilst he was there. He points to a demo by Brad Abrams that demos ATLAS. Ricksp also has a good article on design patterns for ATLAS which is definately worth a read.
